What is the Numerology Compatibility Calculator?

Numerology compatibility compares the core numbers of two people. Most free calculators only compare Life Paths. This one compares four numbers for each person: Life Path (life direction), Expression (talents), Soul Urge (inner needs) and Personality (outer style), and scores all sixteen pairings.

It works for any relationship: partners, friends, family or colleagues. A low score is not a verdict. It points to where two people are wired differently, which is often where the most growth and the most interesting conversations happen.

How it works

Each number pair is scored with a published table (shown in the report) built from traditional numerology pairings, from 40 (growth through friction) to 90 (natural flow). Master numbers use their root for scoring (11 as 2, 22 as 4, 33 as 6) and are noted. The overall score weights like-for-like pairs most: Life Path with Life Path 30%, Soul Urge pair 25%, Expression pair 20%, Personality pair 10%, and the average of the cross pairings 15%. Without birth dates, the Life Path weight is shared out among the others.

When both birth dates are given, the sun signs are compared too, using the angle between the two signs on the zodiac wheel.

How it connects to your star sign

With both birth dates, the report compares your two sun signs, for example a trine (same element, easy flow) or a square (friction that motivates). Each person's Life Path is also linked to its traditional planet and sign.

Common questions

Which numbers matter most for compatibility?

Life Path is the usual starting point, because it describes each person's life direction. Soul Urge matters a lot in love, because it describes what each person needs emotionally.

Can I use it without birth dates?

Yes. Names alone give Expression, Soul Urge and Personality, so you get a 3x3 matrix. Add dates for the full 4x4 matrix and sun signs.

What does a low score mean?

It means the two numbers have different needs or styles. That is a description, not a prediction. Many strong relationships have low-scoring pairs and work through them consciously.

Which life path numbers are most compatible?

Traditionally, numbers in the same family flow easily: 1, 5 and 7 (independent minds), 2, 4 and 8 (builders), and 3, 6 and 9 (creative hearts). The report shows the full table.

Does it work for friends and colleagues?

Yes. The numbers describe how two people think, feel and work, so the reading applies to any relationship.
