Energy & Wellbeing
These tools use the old languages of energy (chakras, auras, the elements, sound and ritual) as a simple way to check in with yourself. Every one of them scores your real answers, shows the maths, and ends with small practices you can try this week. Free, private and with a full PDF report.

A simple guide to energy and wellbeing tools
Almost every culture has invented a way to talk about how a person feels from the inside. In India, yoga and tantra texts describe chakras, seven centres running up the spine, each tied to one area of life: safety, pleasure, confidence, love, voice, insight and meaning. Ayurveda, also from India, describes three doshas, your personal mix of the elements. Ancient Greek medicine described four temperaments. Modern Western energy healing talks about the aura, a field of colour around the body.
None of these are scientific models of the body. You cannot photograph an aura, measure a chakra or test a dosha in a laboratory. What they are is a vocabulary: a set of words and pictures for feelings that are otherwise hard to name. Saying "my throat chakra feels blocked" is a quick way of saying "there is something I have been wanting to say and I keep swallowing it". That is useful, and it costs you nothing to try.
So our tools treat these traditions honestly. We score what you actually tell us, with real arithmetic you can check in the method section of every report. A chakra score comes from 32 statements you rate from "not like me" to "very like me". A biorhythm chart comes from genuine sine waves counted from your date of birth. A moon phase comes from a real synodic month calculation. Nothing is random unless the tradition itself uses chance, and even then the randomness is seeded so a shared link always gives the same reading.
The practical half matters more than the label. Every report ends with specific things to do: a breath to try, a short movement, a journal question, a seven day starter plan, a shopping list, a playable sound session. Those small habits are where the benefit actually lives. Sitting still and breathing slowly for ten minutes helps most people feel better, whatever you call it.
One important line, and we will only say it once per report: none of this is medical or psychological advice. If something about your body or your mind worries you, please speak to a doctor or another qualified professional. These tools are for reflection and everyday wellbeing, and they work best alongside the boring basics of sleep, food, movement, daylight and good company.
Common questions
Are chakras and auras real?
Not in the way your heart or your liver are real. There is no scientific evidence for energy centres or a visible field around the body, and no test can measure them. They are symbolic maps with a long history. We use them as a language for reflection, and we say so clearly inside each report.
How can a quiz tell me anything if auras are not measurable?
Because the quiz is measuring your answers, not your energy. When you rate 32 statements about how safe, confident or connected you feel, the score is a genuine summary of what you just said about yourself. The chakra names are labels for groups of ordinary needs. That is why the results often feel accurate: you supplied them.
Do solfeggio frequencies or binaural beats work?
The reliable benefit of a listening session is relaxation: sitting still, breathing slowly and hearing soft steady sound. Some small studies suggest binaural beats may slightly ease anxiety or help focus, with mixed results. The bigger claims made about solfeggio tones, such as 528 Hz repairing DNA, are not supported by evidence. We include them as pleasant traditional sounds, never as treatment.
Which tool should I start with?
If you want a snapshot of how life feels right now, start with the Chakra Balance Diagnostic. If you want a personality style reading, use the Aura Colour Quiz. If you want something to do today, use the Sound Frequency Prescriber or the Sacred Space Altar Designer.
Is anything I type saved or sent anywhere?
No. Every one of these tools runs entirely in your browser. Your answers, dates, photos and intentions never leave your device, and we do not store them. Readings you choose to save are kept in your own browser storage.
Can I retake a quiz and compare?
Yes, and we recommend it. Chakra and dosha scores move with your week. Retaking in two to four weeks and comparing the numbers is the single best way to see whether a practice is helping you.
