What is the Playing Card Cartomancy?

Playing-card cartomancy adapts the four suits and thirteen ranks of an ordinary 52-card deck for symbolic readings. Traditions differ in their card meanings and layouts.

The cards are prompts for reflection. They do not provide evidence about future events.

How it works

The full 52-card deck is shuffled with a seeded random shuffle and one, three or five cards are dealt. Each card has a traditional meaning and advice. Classic combination rules (matching ranks, red and black balance, court cards, special cards such as the wish card) are applied by fixed rules in your browser.

How it connects to your star sign

Tarot correspondences vary by deck and tradition. Where this tool uses a specific correspondence system, the report names it. Card symbolism is for reflection, not prediction.

Common questions

Can these cards tell me what another person thinks?

No. A card reading cannot reveal another person’s private thoughts or guarantee future events.

Are the cards randomly selected?

The draws use a browser-generated random seed and a shuffled deck. Your report explains the draw used for this tool.

Is this professional advice?

No. Card readings are symbolic reflection. Use qualified support and ordinary evidence for consequential decisions.
